Ashford town centre is close-by and within a 20 minutes walking distance, giving easy access to the town’s facilities, Ashford International Train Station and the McArthurglen Designer Outlet. Between Godinton Park and the new estate, Repton Manor, there is a Waitrose, which is only a 5 minute walk and 10 minutes beyond that, Sainsbury’s, making shopping easy for those juggling hectic family lives. The opposite direction leads to the rolling fields of Great Chart and Bethersden, again making Godinton a perfect place to live for town and country life.
