Coronavirus Customer Update
At Stevens & Co, we pride ourselves on always putting our customers and staff first, and with estate agents now being given the go ahead to operate again, we want to assure you that even though we are committed to what we do, for us, it is not just ‘business as usual’.
We have taken everything we have learnt about the COVID-19 pandemic to make sure that we take all the precautions necessary to protect you, and us, while still providing a full and professional service. Our dedicated team know that there are customers looking to buy and sell, and we are determined to help get those wheels turning again, while still following the government’s guidelines and not compromising anyone’s safety.
This is why, at Steven’s & Co we will be asking all viewers to sign a health declaration to confirm that they have no Coronavirus symptoms, as well asking that social distancing be observed at all times, and masks and gloves are worn wherever possible.
We will be making sure that sellers and agents endeavour to ensure that doors are left open, minimising the need to touch anything within the property, and we won’t be offering back-to-back or multiple viewings at this time.
For your safety, and for ours, visitors to our offices will be by appointment only, with us operating a locked door policy and only allowing two people to attend any viewings with the owner or agent.
And for extra peace of mind for our customers, we will not allow any employee to attend the office if they or a member of their household is self-isolating or showing any COVID-19 symptoms.
We are delighted to be able to come back to work and to serve our customers once again, but the safety of our clients and colleagues is paramount. At Stevens & Co we pledge to put your health at the heart of what we do, and to ensure a safe experience for all.
